How to create an event?
After registration, click "Create Event" in the dashboard, fill in the event name and time. The system will automatically generate a QR code and participation link.
How do participants join?
Participants simply scan the QR code on the big screen with WeChat, no app download required.
How many participants are supported?
Free version supports 100, Professional supports 500, Enterprise has no limit. For large events, we recommend Enterprise for the best experience.
How is lottery fairness ensured?
The system uses encrypted random algorithms, each lottery result is unpredictable. Records are traceable and exportable.
Can I customize event themes?
Yes. Professional version offers 20 themes, Enterprise supports full customization including background, colors, and logo.
Can event data be exported?
Professional and Enterprise versions support data export, including check-in lists, lottery records, and interaction data in Excel and CSV formats.
How to contact support?
Free users can leave messages in Help Center. Professional users get email support. Enterprise users have dedicated 24/7 support.
What payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer. Enterprise version supports corporate transfer and invoicing.
